Here are the most frequent questions about car rental and answers to them.
It depends on the number of rental days, the selected car, the route and additional services (out-of-town travel, delivery, car wash). Economy class cars are available from 20,000 tenge per day; comfort and business class cars are available from 30,000 tenge per day.
Select a suitable car from the fleet and leave a request in the special form on the website. Make sure to indicate your valid Kazakhstani number (preferably the one you have on WhatsApp - this way we will contact you faster, even if you do not have a Kazakhstani number).
Payment methods: cash, bank card, online banking, KASPI account or by invoice for legal entities. We accept payment in tenge only.
You don’t need to visit the office to do so. Just notify the manager in advance — at least 3 hours before the end of the rental.
In this case, you can submit a request remotely. After approval, we will deliver the car to you at the specified address (for an additional fee and upon prepayment). Our employee will bring the car and all the documents: (car documents, contract, acceptance certificate). In this case, the rental must be fully paid for upon receipt of the car.
Yes, our employee can come and pick up the car. The cost of the service will depend on the time and location of the car.
No, the car wash is not included in the rental price. Before returning the car, you can wash it yourself at any car wash or pay an extra 5,000 tenge for a car wash with us.
No, our cars are not allowed to be used as taxis.
Yes, you can. You must be at least 21 years old and have at least 3 years of driving experience.
No, the car is refueled at the renter's expense. When the car is issued, the fuel level in the tank is recorded, and when it is returned, the fuel level is compared. If you do not have time to refuel the car, we will charge you for the lacking fuel and withhold the amount from your deposit.
No, you cannot rent a car from us without a deposit. But do not worry, the deposit will be refunded to you within 9 days after the end of your rental period.
No, you do not need to. This is not required and even illegal in Kazakhstan.

Yes, we work with companies regardless of VAT status, it does not affect the rental price. We conclude an official contract with the organization, and after the end of the rental period we provide all closing documents.
You may not allow any third parties not included in the rental contract to drive the car. If you know in advance that several people will be driving, they can be included in the contract. The cost of this service is 10,000 tenge for each additional driver.
